Fact: Today. I had some water. 1 cup of cheerios. then I grabbed some protein powder and I was like "mother fucker lets go hard" and I put a whole scoop in my water and i drank it and I was like "...weights..." and i lifted weights for 30 minutes then i was like "WUT 160 CALORIES?!" and i went on the elliptical for 20 minutes and now my calorie ratio so far today is -45 o3o swag.
