Kaito actually enjoyed being a new student in this class... being new the teacher didn't call on him much but he shot the professor a look to show that he wasn't up to being a teachers pet or a straight A student. He did have the intellect to be a decent student but Kaito focused his energies on survival and domination if necessary. It is how he ran three cities at once...he was a firm believer in the only way to keep peace is to have a bigger stick then the other guy. You could say that Kaito thought of the world as a jungle... if your not on top you'll get stepped on and you can be top wolf for a while but when the other wolves smell blood they'll surround and attack.
Unfortunately thats what Izuma did... he showed weakness to Kuroh ad it would be a matter of time before the wolves circled.
He looked over at Hatsumi lazily.., its funny he could usually read people well such as he knew that Yuri would stop at nothing to
raise her power. She had been with them since young ... but he was very confident that she would eventually make it but Yuri was also a
wolf. To cover up her weakness she'd shed the blood of other wolves.... which was understandable that is effectively what Kaito was going to do
but Hatsumi something was different about her...she wasn't a wolf...he couldn't figure what she was.

There were those like Kozuki fueled by revenge and pride, or Alex to protect his friend or Akuma a wolf who was on top and a good challenge... or even
himself who created enemies and now would have to deal with the consequences...he just wondered when the wolves would circle around him.

(I wanted this all to happen a bit later in the story due to the story moving fairly quickly at the start, I thought it would be a good opportunity to build character between now and what I am about to do, but seeing as interest in this story seems to be fading from you all, I am moving up the story just a bit.)

Kozuki and Alex had been in class B for the past 3 days, Alex had kept Kozuki from insinuating a battle with Akuma until now, telling him he needed more strength first, but yesterday during training Kozuki had perfected a technique he had been working on and was ready for his fight with Akuma. They had met on the track field outside of school. "Alright Akuma, are you ready to lose?" Kozuki said, his eyes flaming with excitement.

"HAHAHAHA! I like you kid, sorry, I still don't remember you." Akuma said, getting in his fighting stance.

"seriously? I have been in your class for three days already!" Kozuki said angrily.

"GET READY!" the teacher who was officiating the match said. he turned on the force field which took up the entire track field. "FIGHT!"

Kozuki makes the first move, he pulls out his broken broom handle and imbues it with wind, which pulls him towards Akuma even faster. Akuma dodges and punches at Kozuki, who is sent flying toward the other end of the field. he gets up and smirks at Akuma.

"looks like you can take my punches." he said, as his fists began glowing with dark powers. "then I don't have to hold back." he smiled as he jumped into the air and came flying down at Kozuki.

Kozuki rolled out of the way just in time as Akuma made a giant crater where he landed. Kozuki then turns and swings his sword, as he does the wind changes to flame. it collides with Akuma, who puts one arm up to block it, burning him but the look on his face showed it didn't bother him. Kozuki then brought his fist to Akumas face, sending him back a couple feet. Akuma quickly recovered and ran at Kozuki "THIS IS GETTING FUN!" Akuma shouted as he came barreling toward Kozuki, he swung his fist at Kozuki, who jumped over it and landed on Akumas head, he kicked off, causing Akuma to bend slightly, in the air he spun around, his Make shift blade hit Akuma in the back of the head, sending him straight into the ground.

"nice moves." Akuma said, getting up and turning to Kozuki. "Kozuki, you are stronger then I expected, but now the battle has gone for too long, I will end it." Akuma said smiling. his whole body became imbued with the darkness, he ran at full speed toward Kozuki, who prepared to dodge, but was caught off guard as Akuma jumped into the air half way to him, he came barreling down towards the ground that Kozuki stood on "DARK METEOR!" Akuma shouted as he made impact with the ground at Kozukis feet. the entire ground shook, and a crater was made in the shape of the force field around Akuma and Kozuki.

Akuma smirked "you should be honored, I only use that move to end the fight when I am facing someone really powerful." Akuma says.

"HEY!" Kozuki said from above Akuma, who turned and looked just as the broom handle collided with Akumas face, then came Kozukis fist, which made contact with the lower part of Akumas jaw "FULL COUNTER UPPERCUT!" Kozuki said as he landed on his feet next to where Akuma had been standing just seconds before, Akuma fell down next to Kozuki, still conscious and smiling, but unable to move out of shock.

Akuma began laughing as he stood up off the ground. he walked to where the officiating teacher was standing and said "go ahead, the match is over, I lose." while laughing. the barrier was brought down and Akuma sat down on the bleachers. "how did you manage that?" he asked.

"Easy, I used your own force against you. before you landed your meteor punch I had cut a square part of the ground and stepped back slightly so you wouldn't land it on me. you launched me into the air like a catapult, and I kicked off the top of the barrier to keep the momentum or whatever so I could hit you with your own punch." Kozuki smiled.

"I taught him all those words." Alex whispered, not wanting to ruin Kozukis moment.

"more importantly, you remembered my name." Kozuki says happily as he falls back on the ground, exhausted.

The day passed on and Izuma was in class B now and his head was in his book, he was slightly trembling as he was now there were many new editions to the class, and Izuma didn't want to fight or be a target anymore, he had finally healed from Kaito's battle.
Although Izuma had his head in the books he was mentally speaking to Kaito

Kaito: "Relax Izuma your in class B, no more fighting for now just avoid people from class C ...your safe...mmm for now"
Izuma: "WHOA WHAT DO YOU MEAN FOR NOW?'
Kaito: "You know whats coming... but i'll handle it don't worry i won't damage my chance at a normal life"
Izuma: "Your chance at a normal life ...you mean my chance at a normal life"
Kaito: "No i meant my chance Izuma... your a fragment personality... your not the original...I am"
Izuma: "NO... im the real personality your the fragment....I won't let you take my life" (Suddenly Kaito began to fade)
Kaito: "Izuma!!!...IZUMA!! what are you doing....DON'T SUPPRESS ME....IZUMA YOUR MAKING A MISTAKE"
Izuma: "Finally I should have done that a long time ago now we are two separate people"

Izuma awoke to the professor slamming a book on the table..."Mr Rhodes are you ok?" he asked
Izuma had a major headache..."I ...ahhh... i ..i have to go." he says running out the room gripping his head in pain...
Izuma walked the halls and ran into Hatsumi drinking from the fountain... she was clearly shocked to see him.... "Hatsumi thank god ... I need to talk to you something bad...is..." he began to say but due to the mental stress he put on his body he passed out in her arms.

Hatsumi gasps as she catches Izuma in her arms. What in the world happened to him? He looked ill, but didn’t feel like he was burning up or anything. With a heaved sigh, Hatsumi tosses Izuma onto her back and carries him piggy-back style, though his arms were limp over her shoulders. She makes her way towards the school’s infirmary, and places him on one of the beds. She takes a seat beside the bed, and just stares at him for a moment. She has known both Izuma and Kaito for quite some time now. She usually didn’t see too much of Yuri. But there was something about Izuma that she couldn’t put her finger on. Something that dealt with her own emotions. A part of her had grown to like the two personalities. She didn’t like one more than the other. No. Hatsumi continued to view both personalities as one in the same. And she knew that Izuma still refused to see the same way. After a while, Hatsumi gave up on trying to inform him of her thoughts. And she decided that there was no way for Hatsumi to develop a further relationship with the boy until he accepted the facts. Until he grew to realize that. . . he is Kaito. With a sigh, Hatsumi begins to close her eyes, somewhat drifting off as she sits beside the bed.

Izuma awoke to see Hatsumi there by his side and it made him happy. Hatsumi was very easy to deal with as she was kind and much different from Yuri who was not in class B as she did not want go. She felt like it was not worth it since now everyone was making it to class B she didn't believe it proved her strength.
"Hatsumi... im sorry I didn't mean collapse like that thank you for bringing me to the Infirmary.
I know i passed out but i can't really remember much after that... but im glad your here and you didn't have to stay."
Izuma had nothing but fond memories of Hatsumi these past couple of weeks, she was so warm and kind.

Yuri walked the field and saw Kozuki laid out right after Akuma had walked off still intact.
She looked down at him..."Are you happy now from what he said you won that match..., now you can live your simple life and stop getting into trouble you and that cowboy friend of yours. Now that you beat Akuma you don't have no one else to worry about Kozuki." she informed him.

Kozuki smirked "there will always be someone stronger." he says as he stands up "Akuma was strong, but he lacked smarts, which is where Alex came in handy. but there are people who's power come close to Akuma, and who's intellect rival Alex, like Kaito." he had become the Official strongest person in the city, but there where still the unofficially strongest, and the strongest of other cities, Kozuki wasn't done proving himself yet.

the loudspeaker suddenly burst to life

"Attention students, an Emergency school meeting will take place in the conference hall in 5 minutes, please, everyone show up."

"I wonder what's happening?" Kozuki said, looking at the speaker above the bleachers.

"Stupid school..., and your right about people being stronger...this school is weak in my eyes... i see no growth with staying here...i've beaten a majority of people in my class and yet don't feel as if i've gained much strength even some b class opponents have fell to me yet i care nothing for the class i have my path to follow... enjoy your school meeting i won't be there let me know what is said."

Hatsumi looks at Izuma, and sees that he is still probably a little weak. She stands up, and begins helping him out of bed. As she does so, Hatsumi states, "We should probably attend that meeting to see what's so important." It wasn't every day that an emergency school meeting was called. When Hatsumi thinks about it, she can't even remember the last time there was one. After a moment, Hatsumi is supporting Izuma and helping him to walk through the hall and to the conference hall. She finds them a spot to sit, and helps him to sit down. Sitting beside him, Hatsumi lightly smiles, "I'll support you until your strength returns."

.....Izuma smiled as he looked at her...he just took a chance and grabbed Hatsumi and kissed her...he was overcome with emotion for how she was treating him. Time stood still and he could tell that she was surprised by his actions and when the kiss broke he stared in her eyes "Thankyou..." he says to her as he gets up to go to the school meeting...

Hatsumi's face slowly began to shade a different red. Not one of her usual anger or frustration due to someone's idiocy. But one of, well, a feeling that Hatsumi wasn't too well familiar with. Or familiar with at all. Her stomach began to flutter with butterflies, and she rapidly blinks. Swallowing, Hatsumi tries to clear her throat at the same time, and ends up quietly coughing. Regaining her composure, Hatsumi stares at Izuma. She was somewhat shocked. Surprised. Why would he do that? What did that even mean? Her mind was racing as she quickly looks away from him, stuttering as she tries to reply.

with everyone present, the principal stepped onto the stage. he was a vary old looking man, but there was something about him that demanded respect. "Since the start of the year, many of you have been wondering why there was no Class A, perhaps you believed no one was good enough for Class A, or perhaps you thought it had already been selected and was in a different building then our own." he said. "the truth is, since the start of the school year, you have all been monitored, only the best of the best are worthy to be in class A, and with the fall festival approaching, it is finally time to create Class A." the principal turned and sat in a chair near the podium, as he did, Zenji stepped onto the stage, he stood in front of the podium and looked at all the students for a few minutes before speaking "I am Zenji Saotome, the teacher for Class A, and I have selected the few of you I consider good enough to join. a list is being posted outside as we speak, if you are on the list and do not show up for my class tomorrow, then you will be Expelled without question. the school has no time for those who deny their power." he turns and walks off stage without another word.

"yes...well...there you have it, all class A students shall be informed of their new homeroom tomorrow morning, to prevent fighting between the Chosen and the not chosen I have decided to allow an early day today, meaning no official challenge can be given to anyone for the day. please enjoy your day." the principle says before walking away as well.

Izuma smiled as he began to feel better...
He still gripped his head but looked at Hatsumi
"Early day... but no one is at my house...damn and i forgot my key now i gotta wait till after the end of the normal school day for my dad to come home since im going to be locked out." he said outloud

Izuma thought he'd call Yuri as he didn't see her around... he could go to her house and wait there..... he pulled out his cell phone and dialed her number ...
he waited as the phone rang out and she didn't pick up.....
"Ahhh... i guess i could study for the next couple of hours" he said as he fixed his glasses... he really hoped he wasn't on this list he just got use to class B.
He then thought to himself as he was finally in his right state of mind now...
DID I KISS HATSUMI.... WHAT O GOD NOW SHE KNOWS HOW I FEEL ABOUT HER....DOES SHE FEEL THE SAME NO SHE CAN'T SHE PROBABLY THINKS I WAS JUST DELUSIONAL.... OH MAN I REALLY STEPPED IN IT NOW....

Hatsumi had finished listening to the announcements, and quietly sighs at them. Yet another class for this school to compete for. This should certainly be interesting when tomorrow comes around. But it doesn't take long for her thoughts to jump back to Izuma. And the kiss. She then looks at him after he speaks, and thinks of her apartment, where she has never invited anyone to. Ever. But, yet, Hatsumi finds herself telling him, "You may come to my place until your dad gets home." She thought for a moment longer as to what she had said, and her face once more begins to turn red. "I mean, if you need a place to stay for a while. . . then yeah. . .". She stares at her hands, which were lightly trembling as her heart raced. "I would love to have you over."

Izuma was surprised by the request... he began thinking and blushing himself slightly...
The only other womans house he was ever at besides family was Yuri and she use to beat him badly trying to train him wanting him to be
strong but for some reason he can't remember why, most likely due to the school they were in.
"Ok Hatsumi i'd love to come over if its ok with you" he says....
As they leave the school Izuma can barely make eye contact......He actually wondered where Yuri was but that thought faded....
"Im sorry about that kiss Hatsumi i didn't mean to...well i did... its just i caught you off guard and for that i apologize...unless you liked it but im not saying that i didn't like it since it was so sudden you didn't have time to register the kiss and well .... o lord im rambling" he said as he began breathing heavy.

YURI

Yuri stood before Kuroh as the sunlight glinted off his blade....
Kuroh: "Yuri Haru... you've come a long way to lose your life."
Yuri: "I didn't come here to deal with a bug like you Kuroh... although i still have to pay you back for what you did to me but Kozuki Sarutobi already beat you anyway im here on Kaito's behalf"
Kuroh: "LISTEN HERE I WILL KILL THAT BOY... besides Kaito's defeat can already be motion... i'd tell you more but first i want to know where that Kozuki kid is... i have to pay him back and i've been training."
Yuri: "Really ... he's who you want how about i get him alone for you then you can attempt your revenge but first...did you let them know about Izuma..."
Kuroh: "You mean Kaito's weaker half... i'd love for you to attempt to get that information by force but i want Kozuki's head first then Kaito's that honor is mine and mine alone but get me this Kozuki Sarutobi and i'll be the only one you have to worry about"

Yuri nods and walked up to Kuroh and shook his hand signifying the deal "The things i do to protect Izuma, Kozuki can handle himself and we're just lucky that Kuroh has an ego but as long as Izuma isn't known about then we're all safe" she thought.
Unfortunately Yuri was followed by a red haired Male who wanted to take her out as he knew she was a friend to Kaito/izuma
He had heard the deal she made from the shadows....
It was Mikoto"interesting turn of events.... whats she afraid of.. and Izuma is Kaito but his weaker half...seems like my plans have changed" he thought to himself

He is quite powerful as when he was younger he'd train with his younger half brother. He just got back and wants to get back in touch with his family
Special info: Not major mainly for comedic purposes but has his reasons and serves a purpose
