FIXED: IE not caching images

This is a stupid IE only error and I had to fix it server side for only IE.

BrowserMatch "MSIE" force-no-vary

Loser IE. IE should now start caching images (like the CSS backgrounds).

2014 is going to be a good year. More content, more streamlining. Be a part of history!

Finally. At work I can only use IE and it keeps requesting images over and over. Didn't want to tip off the boss by heavy browsing.
