Modifying how smilies are handled

I need to do some database manipulations and other random junk tonight while I rework the smily system. I don't like it.

It isn't dynamic in posts, that doesn't seem right after all this time.

If you catch problems with smilies tonight, just diregard it.

I will be doing this update before I go to sleep tonight.
