Smartlinx and Matrusri Educational Academy to Provide IIT Foundation Coaching in Schools Through LIVE TUTOR
UNION CITY, New Jersey, May 20, 2010-- Smartlinx Inc. (the "Company") (OTCBB: SMLK) today announced an agreement
between its wholly owned Indian subsidiary, Smartlinx VOIP Networks Private
Limited and Matrusri, a Hyderabad-based educational training Academy, to
provide IIT Foundation coaching to various schools. Smartlinx will provide
its widely acclaimed LIVE TUTOR virtual learning environment while Matrusri
will provide the digital content, hardware infrastructure and its tutor pool
as part of the agreement. The program will be jointly marketed by both to the
schools while the schools will provide the student side infrastructure.
As part of the deal Smartlinx will install, maintain and support the Live
Tutor VLE which includes Live Tutor Connect and Live Tutor LMS for the
delivery of classes and will also keep 100% of the connection fee charged to
the students while Matrusri will keep the annual tuition fee.
