TexasTicketFix.com First-of-Its Kind Online Legal Service

SAN ANTONIO, April 8 -- Brylak Law, led by veteran attorney Wally Brylak, is launching what is believed to be the first online legal service of its kind in the nation designed to take the hassle out of traffic tickets.

TexasTicketFix.com is a service for anyone who receives a traffic citation from the San Antonio Police Department.

"The City of San Antonio issues approximately 4,000 violations weekly.  Our online service is so easy to use that we anticipate it will actually increase the percentage of people who pay their tickets," says attorney Wally Brylak.

For the cost of the ticket, plus $45, TexasTicketFix.com takes the hassle out of a traffic ticket.  Here's how it works:

--  Log-on to http://www.TexasTicketFix.com and follow the prompts, enter the
ticket number on the secure Internet site or call (210) 733-5533 to
      handle it over the phone.
--  A Brylak Law attorney will represent you in court and negotiate
deferred disposition or dismissal of the ticket.
--  Your driving record stays clean, so there's no increase to your
      insurance premium.
--  All clients receive a copy of court documents confirming their case's
      outcome.

"You won't have to take time off work. You won't wait in line for hours at the courthouse. You won't spend eight hours in a defensive driving class; and, you won't worry about putting it off until it's too late and a warrant is issued for your arrest," adds Brylak.

It's easy, fast and convenient.  If the court will not allow a deferred disposition because of your driving record, you have the option of having your money refunded, so there's no risk.

Brylak said TexasTicketFix.com will expand to serve drivers in other Texas cities in the near future.

Brylak was raised in a working-class town and has spent the majority of his legal career as a personal injury attorney.  He has filed more than 1,000 lawsuits and dispensed thousands more cases out of court, handling victims of auto accidents, work-related injuries, insurance disputes, wrongful death and more.

Brylak said TexasTicketFix.com is an extension of that philosophy. He came up with the idea because he recognized a need to make the process more convenient for those who cannot afford to take time away from work to deal with the headache of a traffic ticket or attend defensive driving.
