Every single XBOX owner will be getting this game. And, judging from what i've read, XBox Live users might as well trade in all of their other online games. Proximity chat (hehe), the "virtual couch" system, autoselection of the host according to best connection, full options for all online game modes, vehicle jacking, dual-wielding, etc..."PWNS" is the nerd word I'd use here, folks.
