Manufactured on 0.13-micron processing, the new P4-M features a 400MHz FSB (front-side bus) and 512KB L2 cache memory. Adopting the same processing technology, the 2.2GHz and 1.26GHz mobile Celeron processors support only 256KB of L2 cache memory. The 2.2GHz mobile Celeron offers a 400MHz FSB while the 1.26GHz chip features a 133MHz FSB.
