The Tech Report has put up a review of the Celery 1.7Ghz processor. And talk about bad performance. Ouch. This puppy should never have been released, this cpu's performance is so bad. Why? Already saddled with the burden of the low IPC performing P4 core, Intel saw fit to make matters worse by not adding enough L2 cache to it's core, which is something that really helps to boost performance to a decent level for the P4 core.
